Andy has a Masters in Educational Leadership and has worked in ministry for two decades. He has experience in pastoral ministry, parish leadership, educational leadership, and has a gift for catechesis and helping others with their spiritual formation.

Andy brings together several areas of expertise that don't' often exist in the same person: twenty years of work in ministry, graduate training in educational leadership, parish leadership, parochial schools, and a strong background in catechesis and spiritual formation. When the therapists have a question about canon law or education we just message our resident expert!

And works with organizations and leaders who are seeking practical guidance at the intersection of Catholic identity, education, and leadership. He often joins us in speaking and consultation when his knowledge of ministry and education effect the needs of our clients and the organizations we serve. These include:

In addition to his ministry and education experience, Andy also serves as practice manager for Grace & Nature Group. He oversees the administrative and operational side of the practice. 

 

As practice manager he supports the systems within the group allowing our growing practice to focus on the clinical side of our work, not the paperwork!
