GRACE & NATURE

My name is Lisa Sojourner. I am a wife and mother of four. I graduated from Rollins with my Masters in Mental Health Therapy and from Florida State University with my bachelor's in psychology. I have a passion for living with intentionality and authenticity. As a practicing Catholic and active member of my parish at St. James Cathedral, I believe that spirituality is an important part of every person's growth journey.

I work with individuals to help them find peace and fulfillment in their lives. I believe there are times in every person's life when they need a sounding board: someone to whom they can go and be assured to have a listening ear and a compassionate heart. Coupled with comprehensive clinical training, I would love to do the same for you.
